How it Works
A breeder application form is completed, naming your kennel/and or ckc membership # or a photocopy of your breeder certificate. An id card will be mailed to you immediately after approval of your application, and annually thereafter. Show this card to the dealer at the time of purchase. with each purchase, cut out the upc code and write your id # on the back of the upc codes before redemption to receive the instant discount program.
